This notice explains what personal data Cravd Studio collects through cravdstudio.com, why, and what your rights are. It also covers the professional contact details we use to reach out to businesses about Cravd Studio. Cravd Studio is the trading name of CRAVD STUDIO LTD, company no. 17390868, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom. CRAVD STUDIO LTD is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can reach us at info@cravdstudio.com.

We do not collect special-category data, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Visiting the website
Like any website, cravdstudio.com cannot be served without some technical information about each request. Our infrastructure providers — Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, and Render, which hosts it — process your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, the page you requested and similar technical request information, as part of delivering the page to you and keeping the service secure and available. This happens on every visit, including if you decline analytics cookies, and we rely on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and maintaining the website. We do not use these technical logs for advertising, marketing profiling or to track you across websites. These logs are generated and kept by those providers under their own retention settings rather than created by us; see our Subprocessors page.
How the demo form is handled
When you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect your name, position, restaurant name, and work email. This is sent by email to our own team inbox at info@cravdstudio.com so we can get in touch: it is not stored in a separate database. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask us to.
Business contact information
We may use professional contact information obtained from publicly available sources or third-party business information providers, including Apollo.io, to contact relevant businesses about Cravd Studio. We use Apollo.io to identify and manage these business contacts and to support our outreach, which we send from our own Microsoft 365 business mailbox. We currently do not use open or click tracking in our B2B outreach. You can object to direct marketing at any time by replying to our email or contacting info@cravdstudio.com. If you ask us not to contact you again, we keep the minimum contact information necessary to make sure we do not contact you again.
Analytics
If you enable Analytics in Cookie Preferences (or choose Accept all), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example pages viewed, how you arrived, and approximate device and location information. Google processes this data as our processor, under its own terms, and may process it outside your own country. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled, and Google states that for UK and EU users it uses IP addresses only to derive approximate location before discarding them: we don't perform any further anonymisation ourselves beyond that configuration. If you reject Analytics, none of this runs. You can change your choice at any time: see Cookie Preferences. We also use Plausible Analytics on most pages of the marketing website. Plausible is an EU-based processor with data hosted in the EU; it measures aggregate traffic without cookies, without storing anything on your device, and without collecting information that identifies you or follows you between websites.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run this website, respond to your enquiry, and manage our business-contact outreach. See our Subprocessors page for the specific providers and what each one does.
International transfers
Some of the providers we rely on to run this website may process personal data outside the UK or EEA. For EEA transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, where a provider has adopted it, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For UK transfers we rely on the UK Addendum to those Clauses or, where applicable, the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework. Retention
We keep demo enquiries submitted through this form, and our related email correspondence, only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage a potential business relationship, keep business records where reasonably necessary, and meet any legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where applicable. We delete this information once none of those reasons still apply. If you'd like us to delete your enquiry sooner, email info@cravdstudio.com. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' own settings.
Your rights
Depending on the personal data involved and the lawful basis we rely on, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; ask us to delete it; restrict how we use it; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; receive a copy of data you've given us in a portable format, where technically feasible; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, such as for Analytics. Not every right applies to every situation: it depends on the lawful basis for that particular processing. To exercise any of these, email info@cravdstudio.com.
Complaints
You can also complain to us directly about how we've handled your personal data: email info@cravdstudio.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay once we've looked into it, in line with our obligations under section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018 (inserted by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). You don't need to complain to us first: you can also complain directly to a supervisory authority, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; if you're in the EU, your own national data protection authority.

We may update this notice from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
