This notice explains what personal data Cravd Studio collects through cravdstudio.com, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website only. If you're a guest ordering through Cravd at a restaurant, see our Guest Privacy Notice instead — restaurants that use Cravd are covered separately, as part of their own arrangement with us.

Cravd Studio is the trading name of CRAVD STUDIO LTD, company no. 17390868, registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is Flat 83 Pioneer Court, 50 Hammersley Road, London, E16 1TQ, United Kingdom. CRAVD STUDIO LTD is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. We do not collect special-category data, we do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How the demo form is handled
When you submit the "Book a demo" form, we collect your name, position, restaurant name, and work email. This is sent by email to our own team inbox at info@cravdstudio.com so we can get in touch — it is not stored in a separate database. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo, relying on our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. We do not add you to a marketing list unless you separately ask us to.
Analytics
If you enable Analytics in Cookie Preferences (or choose Accept all), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site — for example pages viewed, how you arrived, and approximate device and location information. Google processes this data as our processor, under its own terms, and may process it outside your own country. We configure Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled, and Google states that for UK and EU users it uses IP addresses only to derive approximate location before discarding them — we don't perform any further anonymisation ourselves beyond that configuration. If you reject Analytics, none of this runs. You can change your choice at any time — see Cookie Preferences. We also use Plausible Analytics across the whole site. Plausible is an EU-based processor with data hosted in the EU; it measures aggregate traffic without cookies, without storing anything on your device, and without collecting information that identifies you or follows you between websites.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run this website and respond to your enquiry — currently our hosting, email-delivery and business-mailbox providers, and Google Analytics if you've enabled it. See our Subprocessors page for the specific providers and what each one does.
International transfers
Some of the providers we rely on to run this website may process personal data outside the UK or EEA. For EEA transfers we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or, where a provider has adopted it, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For UK transfers we rely on the UK Addendum to those Clauses or, where applicable, the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework. Retention
We keep demo enquiries submitted through this form, and our related email correspondence, only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, manage a potential business relationship, keep business records where reasonably necessary, and meet any legal obligations or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where applicable. We delete this information once none of those reasons still apply. If you'd like us to delete your enquiry sooner, email info@cravdstudio.com. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' own settings.
Your rights
Depending on the personal data involved and the lawful basis we rely on, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; ask us to delete it; restrict how we use it; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; receive a copy of data you've given us in a portable format, where technically feasible; and withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, such as for Analytics. Not every right applies to every situation — it depends on the lawful basis for that particular processing. To exercise any of these, email info@cravdstudio.com.
Complaints
You can also complain to us directly about how we've handled your personal data — email info@cravdstudio.com. We'll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and respond without undue delay once we've looked into it, in line with our obligations under section 164A of the Data Protection Act 2018 (inserted by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025). You don't need to complain to us first: you can also complain directly to a supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; if you're in the EU, your own national data protection authority.

We may update this notice from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
