These terms set out the rules for using cravdstudio.com. They apply to this website only — not to the Cravd product itself, which restaurants use under a separate arrangement with us, and not to Cravd's Guest Terms, which cover guests ordering through the product.
The website
This site introduces Cravd Studio and lets you learn about the service or request a demo. Some of what we publish here — for example, figures about the effect of video menus — is drawn from industry research and is illustrative, not a guarantee of results for your own restaurant. Website content may change, and we don't guarantee it will always be available without interruption.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please don't:
- Try to disrupt it, probe it, or gain unauthorised access to it.
- Submit false details, or someone else's details, through the demo form.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Except where permitted by law, please don't copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content, branding, or media without our permission.
Intellectual property
The Cravd Studio name, logo, text, design, and media on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not use them without our written consent, except to the extent applicable law permits — for example, fair dealing, quotation, or other statutory exceptions.
Third-party links
This site may link to genuinely external websites we don't control — we're not responsible for their content or practices. Links to the Cravd product itself, such as the restaurant portal, are our own service, not a third-party link.
Website information and liability
We take reasonable care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it may change and we don't guarantee it will always be complete or error-free. Public information on this site, including any performance figures, doesn't guarantee specific results for your restaurant. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for your use of this website is limited; nothing in these terms excludes liability, or any right, that the law doesn't allow us to exclude.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory legal protection you're entitled to under the law that applies where you live, which these terms don't override.
